Why should we Level it?


The Leveling principle

Roll leveling is a simple and fast method to obtain high precision flat parts, plates or strips. In the past, for example, correction had to be done only by experienced older workers. And for roller leveling, anyone can quickly and easily master the processing method.
 
When roller leveling is used, a plate will be continuously bent for many times. From the entrance to the exit of the roller leveller, the groups of Levellers are arranged alternately. In this way, there is always one roller in the two relative levelling rollers for the lower roller. From the first levelling roller to the outlet, the degree of alternating bending gradually decreases. The bending process is similar to a gradually decreasing sine curve. Through elasto-plastic cross-bending and decreasing the amount of deformation, the plate will become flat, and more importantly, the elimination of stress and eventually leveling it!
 
Straightening directly after the follow-up processing, no longer time-consuming and laborious rework. So roll leveling is the material itself stress release, to achieve a flatness of a process! Eliminate internal stress, straighten flatness!

Roll forming

During rolling molding, a roller is used to change the shape of the steel sheet coil through a series of processes. The defects of stress and flatness of raw materials make it difficult to realize accurate forming of coil. Due to the fast processing speed, the roughness defect of the roll will bring serious negative impact on the processing safety of the rolling molding line.

Stamping

The flatness defects and internal stresses in the coil can make accurate forming difficult. Laser cutting line

How to Operate the machine?

How to operate the hand wheel leveling machine

 

Step 1: measure material thickness, plane distortion
 
Step 2: put into the leveling machine in and out after adjusting the leveling machine
(in the case of loose material in the pass, adjust the handwheel downward until there is resistance. In the case of tight material in the pass, adjust the handwheel upward until there is resistance.)
 
Step 3: according to the front tight after the leveling operation precise adjustment.
When there is resistance in and out of the material, adjust the inlet down 1mm, the outlet does not move
 
Step 4: turn on the power and turn on automatic mode
 
Step 5: put the material into the leveling machine
 
Step 6: test the smoothness of the material, put the material on the marble platform to test.
If the material is not leveled by the leveler, adjust according to step 7
 
Step 7: Level Again
If the leveling effect has not been achieved, continue to adjust the import down 1mm, such as the front pressure is too large, you can adjust the export down leveling
 
Step 8: test the smoothness of the material to achieve the effect
 
Step 9: finish debugging, turn off the power and clean the inside and surface of the Machine.
